Office Assistant: (approximately 3/4 time)
This friendly, enthusiastic, positive person is well-spoken, ready to learn our business inside and out to provide accurate information to our guests and help keep things running smoothly.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Qualifications include: previous experience with accounting and Quickbooks; MS Office and computer experience with a variety of applications; typing and accurate data-entry skills. Previous experience working in Alaska and familiarity with hospitality services is a definite plus.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time and must be able to tolerate and endure extended seasonal hours and stay energized to meet priorities.
Housekeeping: (approximately 1/4 time)
With inherent attention to detail, our housekeepers are responsible for insuring an impeccably neat and clean environment for the Stillpoint community. The housekeeping staff works together to maintain Stillpoint’s accommodations including the lodge, restrooms, dining room, guest cabins, boats, common areas, and maintaining the laundry facility. Often, he or she is bound to a tight schedule, so timeliness and organization is critical.
Although each staff member specializes in a specific job, you may be asked to assist with bartending, dining, or other kitchen duties, groundskeeping, landscaping, maintenance, and ongoing camp chores. This requires the ability to prioritize daily duties with flexibility and readiness to transition between jobs.
A working smartphone with cellular service is required.

We ask you commit to a flexible schedule in compliance with the State of Alaska's wage and hour requirements to include a 12 hour workday.
