Take a guided hike on our 3-mile panoramic Native Trail with forest and coastal views, explore hundreds of miles of trails in Kachemak Bay State Park, or take off for an amazing heli-hiking excursion above tree line.
Mountain Hike: Summit Alpine Ridge
Includes boat from the lodge 10-minutes to the trailhead, then hike 1,600 feet up a rugged mountain trail, through forest and above treeline to unforgettable alpine views of Kachemak Bay and Grewingk Glacier. Carry your lunch for a picnic at the top.

Mountain Hike: Through-Hike Grace Ridge
Enjoy a 45-minute boat ride one-way into beautiful Tutka Bay. This challenging, guided hike is 11-miles of rugged mountain trail, up and down 3,100 feet through an old-growth forest, along a fully exposed ridgeline overlooking Sadie Cove, Cook Inlet, and distant volcanoes. Carry your own lunch and provisions for a full day of activity.

Grewingk Glacier Lake Hike
After an hour kayak or short water taxi ride to the trailhead, your guide will lead you on a mile-long, moderate hike to a pristine, iceberg filled lake. With Grewingk Glacier as your backdrop, explore the beauty of the valley, river & mountains.
