Many guests want to stay connected to their fitness goals while on vacation and keep their wellness routines in motion. Of course, many days at the lodge are naturally filled with adventure and exercise—but some are slower, more restful, and perfectly suited for a gentle reset.
We offer a variety of inspiring spaces for yoga and fitness around Stillpoint Lodge, including hiking and running trails, our wood-floored fitness yurt, the Poustina wellness cabin, the helipad, the pier, the lodge, and more. Depending on the weather, group size, and your interests, we’ll help you find the perfect fit.
Our training space invites guests to discover the benefits exercises that incorporate functional movement, strength training, balance and flexibility. Dumbbells, mats, props, bench, plyometric equipment, and TRX, are provided as well as a Peloton Bike.
Yoga props, mats, blocks, straps, blankets, and zafu meditation cushions are provided and available throughout the day for personal use as well.
