Private Yoga

Healing Yoga Instruction wITH Lucas

A private therapeutic yoga session based on your unique body, mind, and goals. Take a guided inward-focused adventure using slow movements (for increased mobility), breath awareness (for emotional health), and classic yoga poses (for strength and stability). This is an effective practice for improved function in everyday activities; encouraging self-healing, performance, optimization, and injury recovery. (Included as a private wellness session or additional sessions for 60 minutes/$120)

Lucas Thoning (CYT) has been teaching yoga for 10 years. He draws on his ongoing experience with a variety of theraputic traditions including Iyengar, Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga. Listening to your own body and keeping movements slow and gentle are key principles to Lucas' practice.
