We have a variety of locations around the lodge for yoga and fitness including hiking and running trails, a wood-floored fitness yurt, our special wellness cabin named the Poustina, the heli pad, the pier, the lodge, and more. Depending on the weather, your group size, and your interests, we've got something for everyone.
Our comprehensive yoga program offers spivate sessions for every level that are customized to please our guests. From our gentle and invigorating Morning Stretch, to a challenging Vinyasa Flow, to restorative Midnight Sun Yin Yoga, all of our classes at Stillpoint will energize, refresh, and help develop your balance, strength, and flexibility.
Our variety of experienced yoga instructors tailor each class to fit the interests, needs and comfort levels of the participants. He or she will guide you through basic techniques and postures that will help you breathe and concentrate. Detailed instruction focused on proper alignment and accommodated supported movement empowers your mind and body.
Yoga mats, blocks, straps, blankets and zafu meditation cushions are provided and available throughout the day for you to use on your own as well.
Our personal training space invites guests to discover the benefits exercises that incorporate functional movement, strength training, balance and flexibility. Dumbbells, mats, props, bench, and plyometric equipment are provided as well as a Peloton Bike.
