Homer is best known as the "Halibut Fishing Capital of the World", but truthfully, a large variety of fish and sealife abound in the cold, clear tributaries and seawater of Kachemak Bay. Jump on a boat to catch salmon, halibut, rockfish and cod in the bay then spend a day fly fishing for rainbow trout, dolly varden, char, grayling or salmon.
