Alaska is the MOST Epic Vacation

July 04, 2019

If you are looking for fantastic all-inclusive vacations look to Alaska. An Alaskan resort is perfect for Alaska vacations, Alaska weddings, and more. Or if you want something a little more wilderness like, look into an Alaska lodge as part of your all-inclusive vacations.

In fact, over 50% of Alaska is wilderness, so there is no shortage in finding great outdoor all-inclusive vacations in the last frontier. When looking to vacation to Alaska, a dozen or so reasons come to mind immediately. Let's go over some of them:

The Northern Lights: That's right. Alaska is one of the places you can look for the Northern Lights. If you are booking all-inclusive vacations to Alaska, this is a MUST. The aurora borealis is a gorgeous display of light that dances across the sky. The best months to view mother nature showing off are March and September.

The Midnight Sun: While we are on the topic of strange phenomenon in the sky, it would be appropriate to mention the midnight sun. This is something that almost nobody gets to experience, however because of how close Alaska is to the North Pole, it is possible to have sunlight at Midnight during the summer months. This is a must see that is easily incorporated into any of Alaska's all-inclusive vacations.

Gigantic Glaciers: There are tons of glaciers in Alaska. One of the most popular destinations is the ice cave at Spencer Glacier. Spencer Glacier can be visited by train and is a wonderful outdoor experience in Alaska that gives visitors a sense of the true beauty of this natural landscape. It is estimated that there are over 100,000 glaciers within the state of Alaska, so even if you don't see Spencer Glacier there are literally THOUSANDS of others to see and explore. Byron Glacier, Matanuska Glacier, Mendenhall Glacier, Exit Glacier and many, many more are awaiting your visit to Alaska!

Incredible Wildlife Sightings: From bears to moose, eagles, caribou and more, there is plenty of incredible wildlife to see in Alaska. One of the great things about a wildlife sighting in Alaska is that you are viewing the animals in their natural habitats. No artificial zoos, no walls, no cages. Denali National park is one of the best places to see Alaskan wildlife. Guided tour drives and solo drives are allowed in the park and it is a great place to go and appreciate nature.

The Final Frontier: Alaska isn't called the Final Frontier for nothing. There are endless roads to . . . well, nowhere really. If you are one who loves adventure, take a road trip in Alaska. Alaska is about twice the size of Texas. There is a lot of opportunity for camping and wilderness touring. Be sure you are prepared for this type of adventure though, as it is not for those who enjoy "glamping."

Enormous Mountains: If you are coming from the east coast, this will be a sight to remember. Alaska is home to thousands of miles of towering mountains. The tallest mountain in North America, Mount Denali, finds its resting place in the middle of Alaska. If you are a hardcore mountaineer or a new hiker, there are options for everyone. Check out Chugach State Park for some excellent mountain scenery.

Dozens of Adventures Await: From kayaking between ice burgs to surfing in freezing water, there is no shortage of adventure in Alaska. Booking all inclusive vacations here is a must for this reason. If you seek adventure, come see what Alaska has to offer. You never quite know what you are going to get out here. One thing you do know, whatever you get, it's going to be breathtaking.

Endless Remote Wilderness: If you are looking to get away from busy city life, Alaska is a great place to reconnect to nature and relax. Look at Reed lakes, Hatcher pass, or any other number of remote camping areas for a serene break and reconnection to your primal side.

Best Fishing Anywhere: Whether you are looking for tasty salmon, halibut, or something else, come to Alaska for great fishing. No all-inclusive vacation would be complete without either a deep sea fishing trip or a trip to fish in one of Alaska's mountain lakes.
